• Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice
• Aetna PPO and Medicare

If you prefer to utilize self-pay options for sessions, rates are as follows:

$150 for initial clinical interview

$130 per subsequent sessions

I can provide out of network clients with a superbill which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement consideration.
