I accept the following insurance plans:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice
- Aetna PPO and Medicare
- Medicaid (Pending)
Self-Pay
If you prefer to utilize self-pay options for sessions, rates are as follows:
$150 for initial clinical interview
$130 per subsequent sessions
Out-of-Network Insurance
I can provide out of network clients with a superbill which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement consideration.
