I offer individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy.
During your first session, I will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to therapy. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process.
A counseling session lasts for approximately 50 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs.
At this time, I am only offering telehealth therapy services through a HIPAA compliant platform.
